Booking Cancellation Policy
Please take note that the proprietor reserves the right to alter payment and cancelation policies at any time after completion of booking. In this regard your booking will be subject to the conditions stipulated.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival: forfeit the full deposit;
- Cancellation from 14 – 29 days prior to the date of arrival: forfeit 50% of the deposit;
- Cancellation from 30 days or more, prior to the date of arrival: full refund of the deposit;
- Amounts paid in full on the date of arrival is non-refundable in case of cancellation;
- Please email your proof of payment.
- Please bring your ID or passport.
